Class 2 Library Visit

Lesson: Geography

Class 2 met at Carnforth Library this morning, to learn about the local services in Carnforth, how libraries work and to sign up and borrow a book.  Then they walked almost two miles back to school!  We learnt about "street furniture" in this week's Geography lesson and the children were able to spot lots of examples along their walk.  Ask your child and see what they remember seeing and enjoy sharing their library book with them!  All borrowed books are due back at the library by 4th November, or back to Miss Hughes at school by half term, if you need her to return them for you.
