This year we are continuing to raise money for the BIG I.T. Drive - you can find out more on The BIG I.T. Drive web page.
Here are some details of this term's events.
The year has started with a simple fundraising activity. Every child has designed a Christmas picture and parents can decide if they would like to purchase Christmas cards, wrapping paper, tags or mugs with the picture printed on them. Each purchase will bring a donation to the school.
The designs were super and the response from parents and families amazing. We should get a nice big commision cheque of over £100 in January 2021.
Our Super Hero, Super Run took place on Tuesday 6th October to raise Big IT Drive funds and to launch our brand new running track.
The idea was that we would run the distance to Derby - where the track company are based. Class One - ½ a mile, Class Two - a mile, and Class Three -1 ½ miles and Class Four - 2 miles. Runners dressed up as a Super Hero for the day. You can see photos on the school photo galleries.
The event raised a stunning £1620 towards the BIG IT DRIVE. We also made it into the Lancaster Guardian.
